At our wedding
dinner there were executive chefs, two foodies (brokers of food
lines), several world travelers who go out of their way to find
the finest restaurants in every city they visit just to compare
the quality and taste of the food.
We had an
intimate wedding group so we knew that there would be much
discussion about the food and the quality of the food.
Well, let me
tell you. The opening tomato salad started the group praising
the food. Then when the pasta dish, by special request of the
groom who is a foodie arrived, I thought the whole group was
ready to dash out to the kitchen to find you and beg you to
share the preparation of the cauliflower and pasta. Several of
the guests indicated that they generally did not eat
cauliflower, but within a matter of minutes there was not a
scrap of the pasta dish to be found on any plate. The hostess
was absolutely ecstatic and was so pleased that she had
recommended Hannah's to us.
Just when we
thought we had reached the peak, the main course came out. The
Chilean Sea Bass was the best I have ever eaten and I still can
taste the eggplant. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was
to see the looks of pure ecstasy on the faces of everyone at the
table. You worked magic with that meal.
We thought that
we could never top the main course but then came the dessert
table. OMG, I asked for plenty of chocolates and you delivered
the best desserts I have ever had. Thank you, thank you and
The three of
you, Margaret, Francine and Dean made the most memorable
occasion of my life an incredible culinary experience also. You
are the best!
Well, here we
are 2 months after our daughter's tent wedding at our home and
not a week goes by that we don't have someone else talking about
"the best wedding they have ever attended".
on the lake for the ceremony with beautiful weather for the
cocktail hour, perfectly orchestrated by Margaret and staff (who
seamlessly reset chairs while we mingled, ate, and drank). Under
the tent for dinner service, and the heavens opened up to
biblical proportions for over an hour, and again the Hannah's
staff were undeterred, walking through ankle-deep water from the
food prep station to flawlessly serve. The food, the service,
the professionalism made what could have become a nightmare a
truly magical experience.
We cannot thank
you enough. You guys are the best.

This is just a
note to tell you that our Christmas dinner was the best ever,
and our guests thought so too. The meats, vegetables, cheesecake
and everything else were delicious. We loved the way the
eggplant was prepared--wonderful.

Thank you so much for the
beautiful cake you created for our wedding. We were so in awe of
its beauty and in love with its flavor! Our guests commented
repeatedly on how delicious it was and we really enjoyed how
subtle, yet present, the almond flavoring was. We got some
wonderful photos of it and have frozen the top portion to eat on
our anniversary next year! Thanks again for helping make our
special day even more special with the addition of your fabulous
